Comments: Time includes T2 time. Should be much better. I had to stop to tighten the chip around my ankel. 1st place time 0:02:59 What would you do differently?: keep my form and keep steady pace. don't feel so rushed and make mistakes. Transition 1
Bike
Comments: hamstrins hurt after I got off bike. Bike shifting was pretty good considering the problems I had last two weeks. This was my strongest area dring the race. What would you do differently?: Train in a hilly area. Transition 2
Comments: took too much time to suck down the goo. What would you do differently?: bring the goo on the bike so I can take it before T area. Run
Comments: got a side ach right after taking a small cup of water. 24 better then I thought I did. 1st place 0:16:49 What would you do differently?: Need to practice at a faster pace. or go longer or??? Post race
Warm down: none. walk back to T. What limited your ability to perform faster: running. took my time in T1 and T2. Did not keep good form in the swim. Training runs were not fast enough. I ran just like I trained,... slow. Event comments: 1st one so it was the BEST so far! I was aming for a 1h 30min finish, got a 1h 28min finish Last updated: 2006-04-02 12:00 AM
