Time includes T2 time. Should be much better. I had to stop to tighten the chip around my ankel. 1st place time 0:02:59

keep my form and keep steady pace. don't feel so rushed and make mistakes.

hamstrins hurt after I got off bike. Bike shifting was pretty good considering the problems I had last two weeks. This was my strongest area dring the race.

Train in a hilly area.

Need to practice at a faster pace. or go longer or???

What limited your ability to perform faster:

running. took my time in T1 and T2. Did not keep good form in the swim. Training runs were not fast enough. I ran just like I trained,... slow.

Event comments:

1st one so it was the BEST so far! I was aming for a 1h 30min finish, got a 1h 28min finish
