It was so windy, I was afraid to take my hands off and drink any fluids until almost mile 20. My but really hurt from the seat.

Cramped at mile 11. Had to lay down for aprox 5 - 10 min. I should have drank more, sooner, and maybe had more electrolytes.

I thought it was a great race. The organization did the best job of any tri I've been apart of, and I couldn't believe how the bike route was blocked off.
