I wore my Xterra .002 since it's USAT legal. I had Paul's feet almost the entire swim so I figured I'd stay right there. Sure made the swim easy.

My swimming has come a LOOONG way in the last few years.

Ah, pretty average ride. I actually held back a little to make the run more comfy. Next race I'll go harder as holding back doesn't benefit anything in this short race.

Just wanted to stay relaxed early and in a good pace. The last uphill at the dam was tough but nothing major. I passed a lot of folks on the run and didn't get passed by anyone on the team so I'm good with that.
