Rise at 4am; Toasted bagel thin with peanut butter, banana, sipped Vitamin water; energy gel 30 minutes prior to start--would've been 15 but race started late
Shoulder & leg stretching, light jogs on beach, 100-200 yds free in lake; ended up standing around for 20 minutes waiting for late, wave starts
