Comments: I felt like I paced myself pretty well for my first 1/2. Probably could have stepped it up a little bit but I was trying to make sure I didn't blow up at end and had never run 13.1 before. My longest run was 10 miles pre-race so I may have been a little more conservative than I needed to be. I felt great at the end, though! What would you do differently?: Pick up the pace a teeny bit. Maybe not walk through the water stops. Post race
Warm down: Little bit of stretching, walked to restaurant to meet up with friends for burgers and beers! What limited your ability to perform faster: Inexperience.
