Comments: Run was a lot harder than I anticipated. I am a runner so this really surprised me. This is really a different sport. What would you do differently?: Train more for the course conditions. HILLS. Post race
Warm down: Good took in a lot pf fluids and ate banana, pasta and strombolies. What limited your ability to perform faster: My first tri and I had trouble getting all of my training in every week for all 3 sports. Event comments: My first Tri experience and it was a good one. Had protein bar and 20 oz coffee at 6 am.
Hung around pool and just enjoyed being around friends and other athletes.
None much only stretched my arms and back a little. Should have gotten my heart rate up before the start but it was okay.
