Comments: Holy Wind Batman! The crosswinds on the way back were hard. I had to lean right so I didn't blow over. Going into the wind I was surprised I wasn't at a negative speed! With the wind at my back I really pushed it. But - considering the wind, I think I actually did well on this. What would you do differently?: Control the wind???? Transition 2

Comments: I felt well on this run. I could have pushed it a little bit more. There was a dude just in front of me, but I didn't push hard enough to pass him. What would you do differently?: Nothing really - sore ankle and tweaked knee - my q race for the year -- I think it was good Post race
Warm down: waiting for Wade to get in -- froze my patootie off! iced my knee at home and used my stick to loosen my left leg What limited your ability to perform faster: the wind, lack of bike fitness, taking it a little too easy on the run - oh - perhaps my slowest possible transition???
