Just Tried to stay warm in the cold 40-50 degree weather. Was 85 degrees teh prior day.

This was exactly where i planned for it to be. I was hoping to be under 5:15. I actually could have gone a little faster, but the lanes got backed up in a couple places.

Could have been faster but i couldn't get long sleeves on my wet arms. Wouldn't have been a problem on a warmer day but I'm glad i had the warmth on such a cold day.
What would you do differently?:

Just move quicker. I didn't want to forget anything, so I was probably slower than necessary.

About 1 mile in I dropped my chain. I wasted about 1:30 or so to get it back on. Once I got back up to speed all went well. I wasn't expecting "Nice Hill" which took me by suprise.
What would you do differently?:

Train harder on the Bike.

What would you do differently?:

I would probably try to drink my gatorade towards the end of the bike, so I wouldn't have to do it during T2.

I felt like was going slow, but it turns out my time was a little better than I expected.
What would you do differently?:

I would probably push a little harder on the last mile, and sprint to the finish.

Warm down:

Drank some fluids, and ate some pizza. The weather was cold so cooling down was no problem.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

This was my first Triathlon, and I was worried about the swim portion so I put in a lot of swims during my 2 month training period. Next time I'll concentrate more on the Bike, and less on the swim.

Event comments:

I have nothing to compare it to since it was my first, but i had a great time. The only thing that could have made it better would have been better weather.
