Comments: I didn't stop and drink, I was hydrated well enough. I probabaly should have stopped but kept puttng it off. I don't think my race performance was affected. What would you do differently?: Nothing, still met my goal and set a PR. Post race
Warm down: Walked and stretched What limited your ability to perform faster: I ran at my ability, will train to improve time by about 5 min/mi so next goal pace will be 1:50.
