I'd jog, I was afraid of hurting my feet on gravel or some such on the way to transition so I walked.

Need to do more biking before the race. Didn't spend enough time on the bike.

Worst 2 mile time I've done since I started timing myself in training. Between the heat and the hills I was just done. Didn't think I was going to finish.

Weigh less.

Probably should have let the EMT's check me. Couldn't see after the race very well and was very dizzy.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Heat and hills.

Awesome Race, the briefings for new tri athletes was great, staff was helpful, and it was well organized.
