Comments: The course was long...I do not swim that slow...and every other person I talked to said it was long. What would you do differently?: On these super short swims (even though it was long ;) ) I find it to be a free for all....it is tough to find a rythem Transition 1

Comments: Pushed this harder than I should have..my legs were burning and I had planned on keeping it easy What would you do differently?: I guess in the end it didn't really hurt me to go hard...should have taken my aero bottle though because I drank zero Transition 2
Run
Comments: Not the best run for me...it had gotten super hot and humid...drank nothing on the bike and too much on the run course. Had to stop and walk for a couple of seconds..puked right after I crossed the finnish line :( What would you do differently?: Rememebered to drink earlier and remembered to take my endurolytes....this should have been more like a 7:20 pace Post race
Warm down: Drank more water..walked around some What limited your ability to perform faster: The weather was a huge factor. Our spring has been so cool and to go race in 85 degree, hot humid weather was just tough! Normally I wouldn't use that as an excuse but the local racers did have that as an advantage. We were staying at the hotel on site so we got up - racked our bikes - went back to the room, ate, etc.
Ran an easy mile
