see above. the hills were a MONSTER on this race and the gravel in between didn't help any. by far the hardest part of this race. good to know for the angels run in september.
What would you do differently?:

push harder. lost 2 minutes on my run compared to last race--let the gravel and mental aspect of the hills slow me down--could have/should have pushed harder

lool around and strecth a bit. hit the midway and the massage tent.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

hills and gravel in run along with the onset heat

Event comments:

great post race event. can't beat a race that concluded with beer, pizza and a masage tent. well organized and run event. even though I wasn't a fan of the run, I'll be back next year--better prepared.
