Poor. Up at 2AM. Couldn't find anything worth eating. Went with coffee, snack bar, and yogurt. Not a good choice.

What would you do differently?:

Everything. More hill training, better fueling/hydration plan, more long runs, moe speedwork, run the course before hand, etc.

Event comments:

Too hilly, post-race area was almost empty by the time I got there, hard to get around the city before and after. Volunteer and crowd support were good. Wished for more music/bands along course.
