Best OWS ever. No problems at all in first 200 yards with breathing, etc. Actually passed a lot of people after I started slow and easy. Once I knew I was in my rhythm, I started going faster and faster until the end.
What would you do differently?:

Start going faster sooner (once I know I am past the "freak out" phase)

Even after cutting the bottoms of my wetsuit legs, it still requires me to use my thumbs to pry each leg off. Probably cost me 15-20 seconds.
What would you do differently?:

Need to figure out how to get that wetsuit off my ankles faster.

Tracked down a few people. Could tell how many were in front of me due to course design.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. No chance of catching anyone in front of me after I passed #6 guy at about mile 2.

I need a tri - bike!

Event comments:

Award ceremony was very unorganized and took a long time. A lot of starting and stopping, checking times, calculating time back to anyone stopped by trains, etc.
