Comments: i was cornering aggressively, except for the one corner that it was too tight and dangerous to do so. I had a great time and passed a fair amount of people on the bike. I may have gone out a tad too hard on the bike, but I don't care. I was having fun and that is all that matters. What would you do differently?: nothing Transition 2

Comments: I hate running but it was still my best run leg ever in a tri and I will take it. GLADLY!! What would you do differently?: Not a darn thing Post race
Warm down: Jogging with my friend Sandra as she headed out on the run and lots of stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: being only 2 weeks out from the last race and cycling 25 miles yesterday. Event comments: Only change I would make would be a water station as you head out on the run, there was no water at the point I wanted a little to wet my mouth and pour over my head. Otherwise, the only thing I would change would be two of the hills on the bike course. I knew going out that the way back in would be painful. 250 yard swim warm up in the pool, great relaxing warmup and it helped to loosen my back up before the race. Been having muscle spasms all week.
