Comments: Goal was to run less than 5:30 min/km for the first 10 km as I knew I would slow down on the second half. Felt good up until the last 3 to 5 km then my legs started to lock up. What would you do differently?: Nothing too much differently. Post race
Warm down: Grabed some food and then hunted down some friends. Then began the long trek back to the car. Event comments: Even though the weather was horrible and it rained and was windy the race went well and the volunteers were great and in good spirits. Last updated: 2011-05-22 12:00 AM

Got up, did some stretches, ate some cheerios. Drove down to the race and did a 10 min jog to warm up.
