Comments:

Great run. Felt really good. Took it easy until the last 5K then started to go. Didn't worry about HR last 3 miles. Got in a back and forth with a gal for awhile. Finally stayed about 3 feet behind her until we got to the last hill before the finish then I passed her and never saw her again.

Walked around, drank water, had some food and stretched

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Z2 run mostly as it was my last training run for IM CDA

Event comments:

Wonderful inagural race. Very well organized. They had home made mile marker signs out on the course and each one was different so it was fun to look forward to the next marker to see what it looked like. They also had someone hand make the finsher medals. Very unique. Great race.
