Warm down: NONE JUMPED INTO THE CAR AND DROVE BACK HOME. What limited your ability to perform faster: LACK OF TRAINING ON THE SWIM AND I NEED TO BLOW THINGS OFF AND NOT LET THEM BOTHER ME.
