Warm down: Stretch, settle, and then I ate. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of training run and swim prior to race. I've been focusing on my bike improvements and it shows. My transitioins sort of fell apart, I was 2 minutes slower than last time on this course, and was only racked two rows off from before. Plus it's balanced so that even if one was longer, the other one should have been shorter. I also forgot my blocks for the run, but I did ok without them! Event comments: I like racing with this crew. It's very competitive, but the volunteers and fellow athletes are also supportive of everyone. Last updated: 2011-05-23 12:00 AM
