Go alot harder, switching to the run was not as bad. Next time train taking gel during the bike to prevent cramps.

I don't know how this ranks overall, it was my first Tri, but I liked it. the swim course for sprint was a breeze. The bike was not too bad but the gravel on some of the turns gave me a little bit of a scare. The run course was much rougher than I expected.
