Comments: Blocking is not cool What would you do differently?: Go alot harder, switching to the run was not as bad. Next time train taking gel during the bike to prevent cramps. Transition 2

What limited your ability to perform faster: myself Event comments: I don't know how this ranks overall, it was my first Tri, but I liked it. the swim course for sprint was a breeze. The bike was not too bad but the gravel on some of the turns gave me a little bit of a scare. The run course was much rougher than I expected. Last updated: 2006-04-10 12:00 AM
