Arrived early in order to register...yes, I missed the dealine.
Everything went very smoothly, the event was run very well.
Not enough bathrooms though...

First transition, pretty good. Road shoes not so quick to put on and I need to go to a speed lacing system. Directions were easy to follow and no traffic jams. Hopped on the bike and was off

Stretched and drank water, fuelled with the pulled pork and a banana.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

aerobars, too much wine the night before and not enough sleep! :)
