Comments: Aweful swim for me today, not with anyone to catch feet. Felt sluggish in the water, probably do to only swimming about 4 times in two and a half weeks. Need to get back in the water. What would you do differently?: Find some feet Transition 1
Comments: I felt my T1 was much better this time around then at Muncie 1 month ago. What would you do differently?: Not much Bike
Comments: If the course is supposed to be 10.66 then make sure it is 10.66. Nothing worse than not having an acurate course. What would you do differently?: Man up and ride harder. Transition 2
Comments: Great T2 this time too. Much faster than Muncie. Run
Comments: Not pleased with the course markings. As a race director my number one priority outside of safety is having a well marked race course. To have athletes have to navigate through a poorly marked course is not right. Allbeit the athletes responsibility to know the course, this was not acceptable. The 2nd place guy out of T2 went the absolute wrong direction and finished before the first place guy without running the whole course??? What would you do differently?: I would have went to Maumee Bay up by Toledo and raced an HFP sponsered race. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Attitude! Event comments: I know this was the first year for this race, but lack of volunteers, one restroom facility, short bike course, no markings/voluteers on bike course, trail run (5k ish?) was not publicized very well, limited (at best) markings/voluteers on run course made this a third tier event in my eyes and I won't be back. $65 entry for poorly run event-kind of salty. You won't find me in results b/c I asked to be removed from the event as to not be associated with it. I have a very bitter taste in my mouth after today's race. The positives I will take from today are my solid transitions and the fact that Bob and I would have went 2-3 had I stayed in results. Last updated: 2011-05-24 12:00 AM

Rushed to get in to transition, get marked, get to the one toilet, etc. Thought we had plenty of time, but did not.
5 min run, no bike, 50 meter swim just before the start
