Pre-race routine:

Stayed over at the Straub's which is always convenient. Up early for cofee/breakfast and to drive to the race site. Our parking spot is perfect and we rode down the hill to the transition area.
Set up TA and met up with Sissy.
Event warmup:

No warm up. Laura and I were in the same wave and hung out near the fence waiting for Tim and Brad to come into the transition area.

Short, fast training.

Event comments:

Always a fun race and it helps it's on a Saturday.
About 4:30 better than last year. Also moved up in both AG and gender rankings.
