Woke up, had breakfast, drove to race site.
Event warmup:

Set up transition. Used the porta-can. 100 meter w/u swim. Waited and stretched.

I put below average on racking bike because I almost put my bike in the wrong spot, oops.Had trouble getting socks on. I usually don't have that problem.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not going faster. Training drops in June when my daughter is out of school. It becomes, almost, nonexistent.

Event comments:

This was a last minute decision tri when I couldn't get the days off I need for BSLT. Which is a good thing because of my lack of training the last month. I would put this on my list of local tri's to do. I am happy and disappointed in my time. I missed the podium by 1.06 but, happy I beat my goal time by almost 10 minutes.
