Jogged some for a warm-up. Hot and humid, so I was warm quick.

Comments:

Other than going out too quickly on the first mile, race felt like a pretty smooth/even effort. The hills and turn-arounds slowed the pace some.
Post race
Warm down:

Grabbed some Gatorade and bagels, found the family, and watched the kids run the Tadpole Trot. Way to go Joe and Eliza!

Event comments:

Nicely done race, and according to the director at the start, it's in its 30th year! Now, if the rain holds off, I hope to enjoy the post-race perk of free pool admission with race number.
