Comments: This time includes both transitions so I guess I made my goal of 45 min for the bike portion. I passed more then I was passed but could have gone harder What would you do differently?: Push more, not be afraid of running out of gas on the run Transition 2
Run
Comments: I felt pretty good but overestimated my pace. I thought I was running 10 min miles so I was pleased with under 9 min miles. What would you do differently?: I didn't have much, if anything, left at the end so probably nothing. Post race
Warm down: Found Mom, had a smoothie, looked around for one of Mom's co-workers but didn't see her What limited your ability to perform faster: weight, need to push more in training to learn thresholds. I was pleasantly surprised with my ability to cope with the higher temps and humidity then I was used to.
