Comments: took 10 minutes off my PR. swim clinic + training for a looong race have paid off. What would you do differently?: probably would be faster if my "warmup" wasn't 4x the race distance. oh, should have worn sunscreen. doh! Post race

last long swim before Bay Swim, first OWS of the season. ate my pre-race breakfast of GF mac and cheese with turkey, downed some iced tea and some water.
last long swim had to be more than 1 mile... so I swam 4 miles before the race.
