Pre-race routine:

Got up at 6am. Shaved and ate a Cookie Dough Met-RX bar. Had some Gatorade on the drive over to Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex. Checked in, used the restroom and hung out until the pre-race meeting. Race start time was 9am.
Event warmup:

None.
Post race
Warm down:

Went to watch our friends start, we had already finished before they started. Got some food and drink, went to the beer garden for a free beer. YUCK. Cleaned off and changed, grabbed the camera and went back to watch for your friends.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I was fine, don't think my partner was well enough trained. Or at least we were not equally trained. But I wouldn't trade it for anything. I had so much fun. Gonna do it again next year. I think we can place next year.

This race was fantastic. I would highly recommend it.
