Comments: Road my mountain bike. No bike shoes used. Just running shoes. No problem finding bike. At the end of the rack. Felt a little slow running from the pool to the Transition area. What would you do differently?: Run quicker barefooted. ![]() Bike
Comments: Road my mountain bike with running shoes. WOW! I was wore out at the end. Buy overall pleased with my ride. Chose to forgo bike shoes to help reduce transition time. Drank a little water from my bottle in the last half mile to keep from cramping up on the run. What would you do differently?: Use a road/Tri bike with shoes. ![]() Transition 2
Comments: Very quick transition since I didn't have to change shoes. Just mounted my bike and threw off my helmet. Grabbed my number belt and put it on as I ran. What would you do differently?: Nothing ![]() Run
Comments: Absolutely wasted coming off the bike. But still managed to do okay. What would you do differently?: Nothing...Just weak legs due to hard bike ride. ![]() Post race
