What limited your ability to perform faster:

lack of training and being on antibiotics. felt good all around though. felt comfortable in each discipline and even felt relaxed on the run. let's hope it carries over to pat griskus.

i love this race, b/c i know a ton of people who do it, small wave starts and nice course.
