i have not been able to get to the pool or open water swim and boy does it show. not my best swim. foggy and possible cancellation of swim meant my nutrition was a bit early.

ugh, my biking sucks right now. if you think about it, i only finished in front of two people who finished the race since there was only 485 people who finished the rest were dnf's or dq. not my best bike day. i will say that i didn't have to get off my bike and walk the gigantic hill, so yea!!
just looked at the elevation and we did 1,819 ft of climbing so yea me for not dying.
What would you do differently?:

bike more and lose 15 pounds

well i stayed relaxed and i didn't finish last, so yea for me. it is a super hard course and it was the national qualifier so i will chalk this up to a hard training day.
