Pre-race routine:

Up at 3 am to eat breakfast (yogurt, bagel, coke, banana) and get on the bus. Sipped on some water until the race start at 5:30 am.

Comments:

Ran this half marathon with Bill as part of the Disney Goofy Challenge. So my plan was to keep it slowish to save my legs for the marathon the next day.
What would you do differently?:

Bill sped up the last 1.5 miles. I should have probably not try to keep up with him.

Event comments:

This was a VERY crowded race. Being so early in the morning, much of it was in the dark. All the on-course entertainment was Disney (which is not my taste) but to be expected. Some of it was really annoying. Considering it was Disney, the course was kind of boring too. You went through Magic Kingdom, and then a little of Epcot at the end. But otherwise you were just on boring roads.
