Quite hilly up and down, though more down than up. Managed to run up all of the hills. And had my sights on someone I thought was in my AG, and passed her near the end.

Course: Not a great swim. I was trapped between too many people for the first 1/3 and kept bumping into them and pausing. Got into more of a groove by the 1/2 way point. Tons of weeds. Glad I wore my wetsuit though.

Course: Really hilly, but a lot of downhill to make up speed. More down than up. Felt pretty good on the bike, though by neck and back were getting sore for the last couple of miles. Was plenty warm with 64-68 deg temps on the bike.
