Warm down: Walking. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not using mtn. bike and slow start on run. Event comments: This was the first time for this event. Was well organized. However, there were several areas where bike and run paths crossed where it was a bit confusing as to which was which. Could have been a bit more staffed at these areas. Woke up at 5:30 AM. Ate large breakfast of oatmeal, banana and protein drink mix with milk. Took one hammer gel 1 hour before race start. Drank alot of water.
