Comments: Transition took me MUCH longer than I would have liked. What would you do differently?: Move FASTER through transition and NOT get flustered when things do not go the way I planned! ![]() Bike
Comments: I was racing against myself for the first half of the bike in an attempt to make up for lost time in the swim. Passed half a dozen other folks in the first 3.5 miles and several more along the route. What would you do differently?: Drink more ![]() Transition 2
Comments: Much better than T1!! ![]() Run
Comments: Sucked! I was HOT for the first half of the run w/the morning sun beating down on the beginning of the trail. Legs felt SPENT. Walked 2 or 3 times to catch my breath. What would you do differently?: run faster! ![]() Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Panicky in the swim, never run trails, Event comments: Overall, a very good effort considering this is the first time the race director had put on a race. I'd do it again next year! Last updated: 2011-06-06 12:00 AM
