Comments: felt real good on the run was able to keep a fairly good pace for me without the heart rate exploding. ran the first 2.4 miles straight and then only took six short walk breaks after. What would you do differently?: go slower on the hills. Drink a little more and maybe take a gu at the 4 mile mark. Post race
Warm down: walked around for about 5 minutes drank water had half a banana and orange What limited your ability to perform faster: still need to build my aerobic endurance and lose some more weight.
