What would you do differently?: site more...swim race distance + in training. Transition 1
Comments: Pay attention to equilibrium coming out of water.. no confusion or delays due to setup or anything... just couldnt bend over and do socks and shoes due to equilibrium.... What would you do differently?: practice getting wet wetsuit off and over chip. practice doing shoes on cleats vs putting them on then running with them... Bike
Comments: bike was good... averaged my goal/training pace of 15 mph. What would you do differently?: get a new bike. pay attention to bottle work. Transition 2
Comments: good transition, smooth, had to stretch calf some as I strained it on bike... Run
Comments: run ok, hard time getting in groove in mile 1, walked some... after a bit felt better and ran steady for last mile... What would you do differently?: more bricks in training... brick after every ride. Post race
Warm down: walked around some... drank some h20, went for swim to cool and rinse... What limited your ability to perform faster: inability to get into groove without side aches after t2... and equilibrium issue at t1. Event comments: no drink stop on ride...
