Pre-race routine:

Transition set-up: Was running a bit late (later than I would have liked) so transition set-up was hurried. No major flaws though. Needed to use the bathroom before the swim and the lines were typically long--NOTE** Early is better!!!

Hard to see the bouys on the turn in--Sun and glare off water made it difficult.

Swam way to far and wide on the final turn. cost me about 5 minutes

Cramps in right leg---started in hamstring adn then front quads. Took and Endurolyte and salt pack and felt much better---Breathing was very labored.
