Yes, I know I could have done this faster, but I spent the run talking with a guy who was doing his first triathlon and we discussed everything from the proper age to introduce Mel Brooks movies to kids to haircuts. I actually enjoyed the run more than the rest of the race :)

I went into the race determined to take it easy and not get too keyed up as I only recently found out my health was ok and I could officially continue with training.
I really enjoyed the race and I think I may do it again someday. The course was pretty and much better marked than the last time I did this race. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the temperature was perfect.
