Comments: it was a long run with the bike. What would you do differently?: unstrap the shoes while riding and hop off and run it in. ![]() Run
Comments: run was really slow. could not breath What would you do differently?: I will pick up my feet more and put a little spring in the step. I will also practice more. maybe a gu before the run ![]() Post race
Warm down: walked around and drank coconut milk What limited your ability to perform faster: Sleep & i need to get used to the water before swimming.
