unstrap the shoes while riding and hop off and run it in.

I will pick up my feet more and put a little spring in the step. I will also practice more. maybe a gu before the run

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Sleep &
i need to get used to the water before swimming. The swim leg hurt my speed for the rest of the race. I was not able to breath during the race and i over exerted myself.
