set up transition area
got body marked and conversated with people in my wave
put on my wet suit half way and walked around/ to the water

i didnt do one because i forgot because i was so nervous/excited!

i remembered to take off my helmet!! yay! i would have racked my bike differently but other than that it was good. had to take my wind breaker off i was to hot.
What would you do differently?:

made it easier to get off with the other peoples bikes still on...in other words i should have practiced taking it off.

i had to much to drink so yea

Event comments:

this was a very good kind of "home" event and it was a very nice first event! everyone made everyone feel like it was for fun and it felt like not a compotition. over all i cant wait till the next event!!!!!!! :)

Course: a little wat and some areas had some standing water but there were cones and the course was nicelly marked! it was nice having the police officers there to stop the intercections and the one hudge bump on the bridge on the back road! all of the volenters did a nice job telling everyone were to go.
