Having never done a duathlon it was tough to figure out how fast to go. I have done a few triathlons and when you get to the run you really just go. Went a little faster then I expected.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing...went faster then expected but still felt good when I got on the bike.

Hadn't been feeling good the week before the race and had some bad workouts.

Event comments:

Very good race to start the season. Nice small field and organized well. Did much better then I expected. Wanted to break 1:20 and got 1:16:38.
