Medium-hard on swim, very hard/all out on bike, as hard as I could on the run.
Event warmup:

Minimal - water was cold so I avoided it until the very end. Went in 5 minutes before.

Start was rough. Couldn't seem to get past the crowd. Took at least 400m to break free. Siting could've been better on first loop, but was solid on second.

Loved the race. The weather cooperated, the bathroom situation seemed better than previous years and my performance was way better. Great race.
