Swim
Comments: Current was very strong with the swimmers. Everything came together for a really good swim. I was able to just put my head down and swim without getting winded. Never got very tired and learned a good rhythm that has escaped me until today. What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
Warm down: Wfie and girls were waiting on me at the finish. Drank some water, had some cookies and listened to the race results What limited your ability to perform faster: Work on my sighting without having to slow down so much. Woke up about 5 AM and got a shower. Nothing to eat but grabbed a gatorade and a bottle of water and out the door by 5:30. Picked up a buddy and drove one hour to the race site. Got my timing chip, got marked and got on the bus to head to the start.
No warm-up. Just sitting around and talking for about 20 minutes.
