better start than the day before - it bunched up at the first bouy - men are so much more agressive than women (IMO) but once we rounded it things cleared out and it was smooth sailing

I was dead tired and took a long time to get ramped up - but like the day before the legs loosened up and away I went.

Warm down:

No massage - line was too long. Just waited for other team mates, and enjoyed the day.

Event comments:

It was a LONG weekend of racing, lots of tough competitors and newbies so everyone felt included. I absolutely recommend that if you are coming up for one race you really should do all three to become a LORD OF THE FLIES!
