Comments: a little slow due to putting on socks and shoes. What would you do differently?: buy cycling shoes I can wear without socks. Bike
Comments: Fun three lap course with several good downhills and moderate uphill sections. What would you do differently?: Couldn't get my heart rate under control out of T1 and my legs didn't feel good until the third lap. Have to train more. Transition 2
What would you do differently?: Have to get some shoes to wear without socks Run
Comments: The run started uphill out of T2 which was very difficult. Had to walk some there. Got my legs under me after the 1.5 mile mark and felt good the rest of the way. Pretty good run for me considering I took 3 short walk breaks. What would you do differently?: Bricks Post race
