Pre-race routine:

Pick up packet day before on the way before. Drove up morning of after eating bagel with PB. Brought along a GU.
Event warmup:

Did a little stretching and light jogging just to get the legs moving.

Comments:

Felt alright, though I was pretty much tired right away as has been happening lately.
What would you do differently?:

Need to look at starting a little slower to get the legs warm and enjoy the run more. When I start too fast it makes the whole race feel less enjoyable.

Walked a little and stretched.

Event comments:

Packet pickup was well organized in Portsmouth and the course was nice and flat. Would have hoped for better medals (they did say there was a mistake by the vendor, so cant say too much else about it) and didn't see much from the post-race.
