Comments: I started to get cramps but they went away toward the end. What would you do differently?: Probably change my week leading up training and food choices. Transition 1

Comments: Rough road conditions and some was on bike paths and was a bit slick and scary blind corners. I was not very comfortable with blind corners on a bike/walking path through parks during race speeds. What would you do differently?: nothing really Transition 2

Comments: Legs were dead about half way through, I was ready to be done!! Body was cramping up. What would you do differently?: more nutrient before race Post race
Warm down: typical walk around, get some snacks and water. What limited your ability to perform faster: My body was not happy this week with cramps and sore muscles. Ate the normal stuff that I do before every race, Loaded the car and headed out
I ran about a mile and biked 5miles to see if everything is good.
