Ate the normal stuff that I do before every race, Loaded the car and headed out
Event warmup:

I ran about a mile and biked 5miles to see if everything is good.

I started to get cramps but they went away toward the end.

Rough road conditions and some was on bike paths and was a bit slick and scary blind corners. I was not very comfortable with blind corners on a bike/walking path through parks during race speeds.

Legs were dead about half way through, I was ready to be done!! Body was cramping up.

more nutrient before race

typical walk around, get some snacks and water.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My body was not happy this week with cramps and sore muscles.

Event comments:

Bike course wasn't "safest" in my mind, but for all the negative I hear from the group I thought it was an ok race. Would I do it again? Maybe
