Comments: I waited 10 seconds after the start before entering the water to avoid the crowd. Did a few breast strokes intermittently to navigate. Felt long and smooth the entire course. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Transition 1
Comments: Rinsed off feet, put socks and shoes while sitting on my bucket (thanks for the article on this), got shirt helmet and glasses on, then took bike and ran. What would you do differently?: Consider going without socks, get speed laces. Bike

Comments: Biked in my running shoes, so just had to ditch helmet and go. What would you do differently?: nothing. Run
Comments: No water, just run. What would you do differently?: Start pushing the pace a little sooner, waited until 600 meters to go. Post race
