Comments: I like flat courses and this run course is not flat. I ran as fast as my body would let me and I soon had this pain in my gut. I guess it's the "you better slow down or you're gonna puke" type of pain. I just kept going :) What would you do differently?: More running with hills Transition 1
Comments: Some idiot must of got there late and decided to make room between my bike and the one beside me. I pretty much had to knock there's off the rack to get mine out. Bike
Comments: I may have only been passed by one person. I spent the last half of the race with a group of three that were going the same pace as me. On the flats are speeds where equal, going down hill they would hammer it more and pass or catch me but going up hill I would catch and pass them. What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 2

Comments: I had to keep looking at my garmin and convince myself to run around that 4:00 pace. when I crossed the finish line I headed to the bushes because I was so close to being sick. All in all it was a good run for me. What would you do differently?: More run training Post race

Got there nice and early so I wouldn't feel rushed like the last race.
Did 4-5km of light running. It was pretty hot and by start time I was already soaked.
